Shipping Policy

Orders from the X Custom online store are shipped from Slovakia.

This address is used only as a dispatch warehouse. It is not a retail store, showroom, or pickup point. Personal visits and personal pickup are not available without prior agreement.

Order processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received or the order is confirmed.

During periods of increased order volume, promotions, product launches, or for products prepared individually, processing time may be longer.

Shipping

Available shipping methods, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout before you complete your order.

We mainly ship to the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and selected EU countries.

Estimated delivery times

Slovakia: usually 1–3 business days after dispatch
Czech Republic: usually 2–5 business days after dispatch
Other EU countries: usually 3–10 business days after dispatch

These delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier, shipping volume, public holidays, customs procedures, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking information

After your order is shipped, we will send you tracking information if tracking is available for the selected shipping method.

Incorrect address and failed delivery

The customer is responsible for providing correct and complete delivery information.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or because it was not collected in time, the customer may be asked to cover the cost of reshipping.

Damaged package

If your package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend refusing the delivery or reporting the damage directly to the carrier as soon as possible.

Please also contact us at xcustom@xcustom.eu and include photos of the damaged package and product so we can review the situation.

Missing or incorrect items

If any item is missing from your order or you received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at xcustom@xcustom.eu. We will review the issue and offer a suitable solution.
